Camp Clearing

The center of WindClan camp. Here is where the fresh-kill pile is kept. Dens are situated around the center of the camp, most dug into the sides of the hill, well protected by thorns, gorse, brush, and other foliage. The sharing of tongues also takes place in the center of camp. The center itself is easily the largest of any Clan's, due to the fact that WindClan cats prefer to sleep out-of-doors when the weather is nice, and subsequently require quite a lot of room. Protected from the wind by the tall hills surrounding it, the center is not flat; rather, it slopes in a vaguely bowl-like dip. The leader makes their announcements from a tangle of gorse and heather, surrounding a tall flat stone, by the entrance to the camp.
